Just ordered two. I agree with Thrill - these are a really good deal (through hardened included).
The closet offering since I've been buying "factory direct" (ie - not on the secondary market) has been the Mil Reg. I suspect I'll like the 711 more than the Reg. I love the Reg's handle, but have never been a fan of clip-point blades.
Although, I must confess - I should have broken the tip off my user MilReg by now, but that dang thing isn't going anywhere!!!!
Bring on the 711 - should be an great "general purpose" blade.

Funny how every1 is ordering at least 2 lol... I always order two: one to abuse (ahem...a "user")and one to admire (safe queen). I did go overboard with the 511 though...ended up ordering four of those. There are going to be a few very lucky family members this Christmas!
